OriginBridge acts as a buying agent for manufacturers. We locate factories, verify that they produce what they sell, negotiate directly with the plant, and keep watching the market after the contract is signed — so our clients always buy at the right price from the right source.
We search for manufacturers by CAS / HS code, not by trade name, and separate real plants from trading companies using registry data, production evidence and direct verification.
Our procurement managers correspond with plants in their language, in their business format, and negotiate price, MOQ, packaging, lead time and payment terms within a mandate agreed with the client.
Every quote is normalised to one number — cost per kilogram of active substance delivered to your warehouse — so offers with different Incoterms, concentrations and packaging are actually comparable.
After the contract, we keep tracking the incumbent supplier and the market: price changes, delays, holidays, capacity — and propose a better supplier only when we have already negotiated better terms.
Where several clients buy the same material, we negotiate a framework price for the combined volume. Each client contracts on its own; the price reflects the pool.
We do not resell. Contracts and payments are always concluded directly between the client and the manufacturer; OriginBridge is the buyer's representative.
If you received a message from an OriginBridge procurement manager: we represent industrial buyers who purchase regularly and in stable volumes. We ask about production capability before volumes because we work only with plants. Contracts are signed directly with the buyer; we remain in copy for the whole relationship. Questions about a specific inquiry — reply to the manager who wrote to you.
Send a short description of what you buy and where it should be delivered. We reply with clarifying questions and a proposed scope.
